For those who doesn't know, Lindsay was under house arrest, but guess what?

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner has admonished Lindsay "Troubled Actress" Lohan for having gatherings while living under house arrest.
She also said during a hearing Thursday that she did not think Lohan violated her probation by testing positive for alcohol early last week. Sautner says the court record is ambiguous about whether Lohan was ordered to refrain from drinking. The court order requiring alcohol tests expired Feb. 25.
"What you are guilty of is extremely poor judgment, having parties on the roof," Sauter said. However, "Poor judgment is not a violation of your probation."
Lohan, 24, gave an interview with Life & Style magazine, saying, "Alcohol is not in my house." Good old TMZ, however, ran a photo of an open wine bottle on the premises taken June 9, three days before the actress threw a rooftop barbecue.
Sautner says Lohan can have only one friend over at her house at a time. She set another hearing for July 21."
It's so nice to be a rich celeb right? you can get away with jail time, just like Lindsay for breaking her probations. Anyway I think they are just being rough on her. Just leave the girl alone, I think she knows what she is doing.
