Justin Bieber is still currently on tour here in Asia, He just left Philippines a couple of days ago, and he did something really rude or arrogant or whatever you wanna call it. A fan uploaded a video in youtube. The story goes something like the girl is a fan of Justin Beegay and it just so happen that her father is one of the security personnel, while Justin is arriving the security tried to ask the singers autograph (might be a gift to his daughter) handing his CD Album but guess what happened?
